‘The Heart of Raqqah’ tops non-comedy box office in 1st week

‘The Heart of Raqqah’ has become the highest-grossing non-comedy film at the box office.

The recently released film ‘The Heart of Raqqah’ has quickly risen to become the highest-grossing non-comedy film at the box office in its first week.

‘The Heart of Raqqah’ has so far succeeded to attract significant attention, drawing 20,000 viewers and earning 10 billion rials (about 17,000$) in its first week.

Starring notable actors such as Shahram Haqiqatdoust, Farhad Qaemian, Mohammad-Reza Sharifinia, Hedayat Hashemi, Mostafa Sasani, and Shadi Mokhtari, the film has captivated audiences with its intense storyline and compelling performances.

‘The Heart of Raqqah’, directed by Kheirollah Taqianipour, is about the axis of resistance and the unique events that occur in this field, focusing on the events of the past few years in Syria.

The film's narrative focuses on the struggles and conflicts in the region, offering a depiction of the challenges faced by those involved.

Part of the movie was filmed in the Sacred Defense Cinema Town, with additional scenes shot in various other locations.

Produced by Saeed Parvini and distributed by Shahr Farang Office, ‘The Heart of Raqqah’ is a collaborative effort of the Farabi Cinema Foundation and the Bayan Media Foundation, further establishing itself as a standout film in the genre of war and resistance cinema.
